Construction site clean-ups

A clean site passes inspections, keeps trades productive and hands over on time. We clear construction sites at the moments it matters: end of stage, pre-plaster, pre-paint and final handover.

Site clean-ups for end of stage and handover

Site clean-ups for end of stage and handover

  • All loose site waste loaded and removed in one visit
  • Trades’ leftover offcuts and packaging cleared by area
  • Hard rubbish and damaged materials taken
  • Sweep-down of cleared areas so the next stage starts clean

Heavy materials

We also cart heavy demolition materials: broken concrete, brick rubble, roof tiles and excavated soil. Dense loads are priced by weight as well as volume, and quoted fixed like everything else. One site rule: heavy material must be left loose, not bagged. Loose loads are safer to handle and faster to load, which keeps your quote down.

Working in around trades

Live sites do not stop for a clean-up. Our crew works area by area, keeps access ways open and coordinates with your site supervisor so nobody downs tools while we load.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book a site clean-up?

End of each stage is the pattern that pays: frame, lock-up, fit-off and handover. Booked against the program, the site never gets away from you.

We clear waste and sweep down the areas we clear. Detailed builders’ cleans (glass, dust, surfaces) are a cleaning trade; we make sure there is nothing in their way.

Often yes, especially in the South East. Send photos and the deadline and we will tell you straight away if we can make it.
Yes. Leave heavy material loose rather than bagged: bagged soil and rubble is unsafe to lift and slows the load. We price dense loads by weight as well as volume, fixed in writing before we start.
